At your renewal your call entitlement will begin again.
If you are on a up to 3 call plan – you can upgrade to an up to 5 plan by calling 0120250900 and speaking to the admin team.
Yes, our information scientists can sign you up to a membership over the phone.
You can choose from our £3 a month for up to 3 calls per 12 months. 3 pets can be registered on this membership. OR you can choose from our £5 a month for up to 5 calls per 12 months. 5 pets can be registered on this membership. There is a minimum subscription time of 12 months.
The majority of your account can be managed online via the “My account” section of the website. But if you have any problems or questions you can call us on the normal Animal PoisonLine number 01202509000 – Please select the admin option.
If you are a member with us, you can register between 3-5 pets.
If you pay £3 a month you can register 3 pets and call us up to 3 times within 12 months.
If you pay £5 a month you can register 5 pets and call us up to 5 times within 12 months.
You can change your registered pets by visiting the “My account” section on the Animal PoisonLine website.
For Non- Members – Calls cost £30 whatever the time, day or night. When you call our number, there will be an automated payment service where you can enter your credit card details (please note that we do not accept American Express cards). Once payment is approved, you will then be put through to somebody in our specialist team.
For Members – Calls are included within your monthly premium. For £3 a month for a minimum of 12 months you can get up to 3 calls a year. For £5 a month for a minimum of 12 months you can get up to 5 calls a year.
